WHAT DOES EACH CART PACKAGE INCLUDE?
Each Cart Package includes 9 Topping containers, Utensils, Menu Sign (Created by Owner or Party thrower), Umbrella, Bluetooth Speaker, and Photos.

***Beverages are the responsibility of the client. If you pre-order drinks within 2 miles of your event Jac’s Snacks will pick-up your drinks free of charge. No alcohol is provided by Jac’s Snacks.

HOW DO I SECURE A BOOKING?
Fill out our mobile cart request form. Someone will be in touch within 24 hours to confirm availability and chat about additional requests, add-ons, or questions. Once we discuss details, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your cart. We cannot wait to hear from you!
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO BOOK?
The sooner the better. If you know the date and time of your event list it in the Snack Cart Inquiry. (Note: Weekends and evening reservations fill up quickly). Please inquire a minimum of 1 month before your event to schedule. Snack Carts book out 2-3 months in advance so the sooner you book, the better.
WHAT LOCATIONS ARE AVAILABLE FOR BOOKINGS?

We have pre-selected locations to create the perfect event environment. However, if you have the desired location in mind please let us know and we can confirm that by email. Permits in select areas may be required. Locations must be accessible to pull up with a short distance to unload. No stairs, hikes, or long trails.

ARE THERE TRAVEL FEES?
Yes, we do charge a $50 travel fee anything outside of 15 miles from Lee and Collier County, FL.

ARE THERE ANY DELIVERY/SET UP FEES?
Delivery and setup are included in the package price! Our service area is within 15 miles of each county. Please inquire for locations outside of that (subject to $50 travel fee).
CAN I BRING FOOD FROM OUTSIDE?
Yes, absolutely! We can recommend places to order warm meals, sandwiches, and more on our Add-On Page.

**Jac’s Snacks does NOT provide alcohol or catering to any event, however we work with local vendors to accommodate your needs**
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
If something comes up, no worries! We offer our clients the option to reschedule with no additional fees (as long as pre-requested within 72 hours before events). Please note, that we do not offer refunds on your deposit should you decide to cancel altogether. During rainy season in Florida (June-September) all events will be canceled if the weather is reporting a 50% or higher chance of rain by 1 p.m. the day of your event. If an event is scheduled during the rainy season, it is highly recommended to have a back-up indoor location or do a morning party versus an evening party. In the event of rain on the day of your party, all snacks are the responsibility of the client. Jac’s Snacks is not responsible for re-payment. If the party is rescheduled, the client is responsible for another payment of any snacks/toppings.

WHAT HAPPENS IF IT RAINS DURING MY PARTY?
Unfortunately, if it rains or we see rain/lightning is coming in during your party, the cart will have to end. There are no refunds or rescheduling due to rain/lightning during a party. In Florida, the weather can change very quickly and is unpredictable. Whether a party can continue or needs to end will be the discretion of Jac’s Snacks. Please understand we want you to have the best experience possible, but we can't be out in the rain or in lightning. Safety first!!
CAN I HAVE ALCOHOL AT MY PARTY?
Alcohol is permitted however our services do not sell alcohol and will not serve without the proper licensing.
